# Publisher requirements

> The rules every Gravity publisher agrees to, and how review works.

Every user on a publisher account agrees to the current version of these rules when they sign in to the dashboard. When we publish a new version, you are asked to agree again. Your accepted version and date are shown in **Settings → Platform**.

## Rules (version 1)

1. **Whenever a Gravity ad is showing, no other ad can be showing on that screen at the same time.** Not Google, not other ad networks or exchanges, not your own house or direct ads. If we see other ads next to ours we block your account.
2. Only show Gravity ads through a Gravity SDK. No direct API calls without a contract.
3. Only show ads on websites and apps you have verified with us.
4. No bots, fake clicks, incentivized clicks or other invalid traffic.
5. Do not change an approved ad format, placement or frequency without our OK.
6. No surfaces directed at kids under 13.
7. New accounts start affiliate only with 1,000 requests a day and a \$50 a day earnings cap. Contact us for more.
8. Payouts are monthly with a \$100 minimum. Unpaid balances carry forward.

## Review before you go live

Gravity works like an app store review. Before any real ad serves on your platform, our team looks at the placement:

1. Agree to the rules above.
2. Tell us the URL or app where ads will show.
3. If users need to log in to see the placement, give us a test login (email + password, or an invite). It is stored encrypted and only visible to the Gravity review team.

Sandbox and demo ads work the whole time, so you can integrate while you wait. We email you when you are approved for live ads and payouts, or with a reason if we could not approve your platform.

Existing publishers go through the same review when the rules change. You keep serving during a grace period, after which unapproved platforms stop serving real ads until approved.

<Note>
See [Going live](/ai-platforms/going-live) for the integration checklist and [Payouts & analytics](/ai-platforms/payouts) for how you get paid.
